We built an AI-powered proposal generation system that transforms post-call notes into a fully customised Google Slides proposal within minutes, supported by a speed-to-lead email workflow to ensure instant prospect engagement.
Post-Call Structured Input Capture
After each sales call, the team completes a short Tally form to capture key context, requirements, and direction. This ensures consistent, high-quality inputs for automated proposal generation.
AI Proposal Expansion (GPT + Make.com)
Once submitted, the form data is sent to GPT, which expands the inputs into structured, professional proposal content. This includes problem framing, recommended solutions, delivery approach, and assumptions.
Automated Proposal Generation in Google Slides
The AI-generated content is automatically mapped into a pre-designed Google Slides template. Branding, pricing, scope, timelines, and case studies are populated dynamically to produce a complete presentation in minutes.
Internal Review and Notifications
As soon as the proposal is created, it’s logged in the internal Notion CRM and shared with the team via Telegram. This enables fast internal review and immediate follow-up with full context.
Speed-to-Lead Email Auto-Responder
